Mario Lotmore is originally from The Bahamas and for the last 13 years has called Puget Sound his home. Having lived in every region of the United States has exposed him to various cultures, people, and approaches to life.

Lotmore was an industrial engineer by trade and proven success implementing and managing lean accountable processes and policies within his over 20 years of operations excellence, strategic development, and project management in the aerospace, manufacturing, and banking industries. 

We at Vortex Dynamix have advanced materials development and project management across aerospace and automotive sectors. From design and production of carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) for aerospace applications, to optimizing manufacturing processes through automated fiber placement techniques, to utilizing recyclable thermoplastic composites, we are committed to the agile needs of your business. Here at Vortex Dynamix, we also have the capability of 3D-printing natural fiber composites for vehicle interiors, aligning with industry trends toward eco-friendly materials.

Conventional automotive air intake systems deliver air to the engine for combustion and cooling but often require custom fabrication, which can compromise street legality by obstructing visibility or lighting compliance. Headlights, essential for road safety and regulated by law, are typically separate from air intake systems, both in function and design. This separation limits intake placement options and can restrict airflow, reducing engine efficiency. The present invention addresses these challenges by integrating an air intake and headlight into a single, street-legal component, optimizing airflow while maintaining regulatory compliance.
